Rains offers a 30-day return policy on all orders, allowing you to return unworn and unwashed products in their original packaging for a full refund. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Initiate Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original shipping bag or a similar protective box, ensuring all original tags and packaging are included.
Attach Label
Download and print your return shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off & Refund
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
